Where does raw hair come from?
Port Royal's raw hair is sourced from India to Vietnam and Southeast Asia from donors.
How long will my Port Royal hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, Port Royal's raw hair can be expected to last 5+ years.
Can I use a P.O. Box as a shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept P.O Box (including FPO or APO) as the shipping address.
How many bundles do I need?
12-14 inches: 2 or more bundles
18-22inches: 2 or more bundles
24-30inches: 4 or more bundles
How often do I need to wash my hair?
For curly textures, we recommend a conditioner at least 2 times per week. For wavy and straight textures, we suggest a conditioner wash once a week or as needed.
Can I color Port Royal extensions?
Yes, all Port Royal hair can be colored. We strongly recommend seeking the help of a professional colorist for assistance to avoid damaging the hair.
I forgot to apply a discount code to my order. Can you apply it after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. We do not issue refunds or apply discount codes after an order has been submitted.
I received an email with a the tracking number stating my order was shipped but there is no movement.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website. If there is no update after this time, contact us at support@portroyalhair.com.
